Microsoft MyAnalytics, formerly Delve Analytics, is an application designed to help employees and their managers gain insight into how workers spend their time, with the goal of optimizing tasks and making them more efficient. MyAnalytics uses artificial intelligence and machine learning and draws on data generated by a worker's behavior as well as his or her interaction with various applications in the Office 365 suite, focusing on such application use as email, calendar and files used.
MyAnalytics is included with Office 365 Enterprise E5 and is also available as an add-on with Office 365 ProPlus, Office 365 Enterprise E1, and Office 365 Enterprise E3. The MyAnalytics personal dashboard helps users understand how much time they spend in meetings and email. It also shows how many uninterrupted hours is spent focusing on key tasks, which colleagues are worked with most often, and how much time is spent working outside business hours.
Many information workers spend over 80% of their time sitting in meetings and sending emails, leaving little time to get other tasks done during the work day. With MyAnalytics, users can set goals for reducing unproductive collaboration hours and track progress over time.

MyAnalytics is designed to protect privacy, and only a user can view their own personal data. Information not already available to others in the organization is aggregated to preserve end user privacy.
