Operator-assisted onboarding and protected information
Customer intake begins an operator-assisted process. Ataira may provide a signed and versioned onboarding package for the customer to run in the customer's Azure environment. When sensitive return information is required, Ataira arranges an approved protected exchange.
Do not use ordinary email for protected return information. Do not send passwords, credentials, tokens, connection strings, SAS values, onboarding links, or returned onboarding JSON through ordinary email.
Information AppsPortal intentionally does not retain
AppsPortal intentionally does not retain:
- the raw Marketplace purchase token;
- OIDC access or refresh tokens;
- credentials, secrets, passwords, connection strings, or SAS values;
- returned onboarding JSON, attachments, or package contents;
- complete webhook payloads when a hash and normalized lifecycle fields are sufficient;
- customer storage or datasource configuration as ordinary AppsPortal onboarding data; or
- raw Azure Front Door URI, query-string, header, user-agent, or client-IP telemetry for the product's business-value analysis.
This statement describes the AppsPortal boundary. Analytics, Azure SQL Database, Power BI or Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft 365, and operational systems may process or retain other information as needed to deliver, secure, support, and administer the service.
Your privacy rights
Depending on applicable law, individuals may request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or objection to processing of their Personal Data, and may raise a complaint. Submit a request to privacy@ataira.com with your name, organization, relationship to the subscription, request type, and enough non-sensitive detail for Ataira to identify the relevant records.
Ataira may verify the requester's identity and authority. Some information may be retained when required for legal, security, contractual, audit, dispute, or legal-hold obligations. Do not send credentials, tokens, onboarding links, returned onboarding JSON, or other protected information through ordinary email.
